The reason I had come to Brazil 9 years ago was a job offer to manage the commercialization of the development Jacuma Beach Resort in the small village of Jacuma just 35 kilometers to the north of Natal. This beach resort development, my beach resort developmentnever made it past the launch and was killed by the financial crisis but lived on now as Bosque da Enseada and was in good hands with the local construction company Ecomax. They had invited me to the delivery of their new development Bosque do Coqueiral to the small village of Pium just 35 kilometers to the south of Natal.

I picked up my baby Matilda on the way to Pium and went to visit the new gated community of Bosque do Coqueiral. I wanted to see this newly built development to understand what my beach resort development Bosque da Enseada would be like in a few years. I had a personal interest because I had been paid sales commission in form of a plot in Bosque da Enseada. In order to help my spanish client I had bought a second plot of him and finally, part of my agreement with my ex-partner guaranteed me a third plot in Bosque da Enseada. Yes, 3 is my lucky number. Please click on “View Album” to see pictures in a Google+ Album.

I was already quite impressed with the entrance and then immediately with the adventure park, the playground, my baby Matilda as well. I was impressed with the beautiful landscaped swimming pool in the center of the development, my baby Matilda as well. But from now on, we had different opinions and it was only me who was impressed with the bright blue tennis pitch, the green grassed football pitch and it was only me who was impressed with the building quality of the entrance and the festivity hall. I was excited and was looking forward to receive my 3 plots in Bosque da Enseada at some point in the future.
