The art of Flow / Die Kunst des Flusses / A Arte do Fluxo / El arte de Flujo

The mental state of being completely present and fully immersed in a task is a strong contributor to creativity.

The creator and the universe become one, outside distractions recede from Consciousness and one’s mind is fully open and attuned to the act of creating.

Flow is defined as the mental state of operation in which an individual performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

It is commonly used to describe situations where an individual is performing above their normal level. Sometimes it is referred to as ‘Being in the zone.’

Flow is scientifically proven, and also related to spirituality.

Flow is a pleasurable experience. It is related to the fact that when you are a child, and you are exploring the World, it ultimately does not count as work, because it is pleasurable experience.

Only the unburdened mind has significantly higher chances of achieving the flow, that results in extreme productivity gains. Only the unburdened mind can enter the state of flow.

There is an obvious link between mind, external reality and actions that deliver results. Your belief and paradigm are the ultimate determinant of what is happening in your life, and how you grow.

Feeling in tune with your body through fitness is empowering certain areas of your brain that are connected with higher mental states.

Being a mental warrior of 21st century has good body as a foundation of productivity. You need to take care of your own body, so it can take care of you.

Since flow is so essential to creativity and well-being – from sports, to music, to physics, to religion, to spirituality, to sex – it is important that you go with the flow so that you learn how to tap into this precious mental resource.

The moment you engage yourself in flow, you are completely immersed in an activity, you forget about yourself, about others, you lack the presence of physical World, you know exactly what to do, you lose track of time passing.

You are more creative and productive, feel incredibly in control, you are entirely focused and become happy and perform at your best.
