Love is a strange and beautiful thing. But we often put provisions on Love – we attach it to how others are acting, to circumstances and emotions.

But what would the World be like if we stopped looking to get something in return, and just loved unconditionally, for the happiness it brings us all. The most important thing is to learn to give out Love, and let it come in.

You must learn to give of yourself and sacrifice. The first step in loving is to love your self first. You can not give what you do not have. Forgive quickly and take action. Loving others is actionable.

Your words mean nothing when your actions say it all. People do not hear what you say because they see what you do. Do not give up on the people you love.

If you do not love yourself, you will never find the courage to dream. If you do not love yourself, you will eventually lose valuable relationships. If you do not love yourself, you will become dull and lifeless.

Loving yourself does not mean posting pictures of yourself every day on Instagram or Facebook.

Learning to love yourself is very important for your emotional health. If being positive towards others has important advantages, being positive with yourself is fundamental.

After all, you have to live with yourself for your whole life.

To love yourself is to value yourself, meaning that practicing self-love is something like exercising a healthy selfishness where you prioritize and treat yourself well.

It comes from recognizing who you are and accepting your strengths as well as your shortcomings.

Only when you learn to love and nurture yourself as if you were your own child, you can give love to others.

If you underestimate yourself, you will never be able to develop a feeling of self-confidence and your self-esteem will be shattered. Loving yourself is a priority.

Body and soul can not be separated. What is good for one is good for the other. Taking care of yourself both physically and spiritually will lead to well-being.

A balanced diet, a good night’s sleep, doing exercise, listening to pleasant music, walking through nature, or having a candlelight dinner can make you feel better. Do any activity that nourishes your body and soul.
