A good night sleep was again a problem. The car does not give me the comfort, my head does not give me peace and a handful of boys from the neighborhood turned up to continue the party from wherever they had started the night before. And as I imagined that Shit happens would turn life into a different reality; tonight I was right about that change, that transformation, that transition.

Practice walking is actually ok. I become more and more aware that hikers do it, because it is quite relaxing, satisfactory, refreshing, energetic, panoramic and definitely even more things and … healthy. What am I saying, I went for a walk. Imagine how many times I will have to mention this now. I went for a walk. Morning walk, after lunch walk, afternoon walk, evening walk, night walk. That is it for now. All kinds of possible times of walks in my future.

Macau

The low tide created small islands, bays and some narrow and long strips. I chose one at a good distance to be the destination and the point of return. The beach was empty, I was by myself, the walk was four stars, I enjoyed the walk and I would give it the name panoramic walk. A walk for my eyes and for my mind, for my senses and for my camera.

I spent the day basically working with the computer in the internet café. The morning was still busy in town, as probably everywhere in the world on a Saturday. The typical … people doing their weekend shopping, mixed with market stands and food stands. The afternoon was quiet and suddenly changed Macau to a small village that it actually is.

I always like the afternoon sun or the sunset sun as it is the best light for taking pictures. I was late and drove quickly to the entrance of the village. The sun started setting and I rushed to take my daily end of the day pictures. They turned out to be the local church. Passing the gymnasium local school students were practicing drums, probably for an upcoming national holiday. Since childhood I love drums. I am no good at any instrument at all. I am too basic, too simple for the art of music. I do not want to say that drums are basic or simple. I am. I do not want to say that I do not have taste for the art of music either. What I am trying to say is I like drums and especially that Brazilian kind of drumming that Michael Jackson used so well in Salvador do Bahia in his song ‘They Don’t care about us’, which I heard at that school.
