Conflict, hatred, and violence are all around you. The World is deeply unsettling and is threaten your inner peace and happiness. You have to counteract your emotions. Promote your inner peace within yourself regardless of how uncertain the World around you may be.
Finding ways to grow and nurture a sense of inner peace is absolutely vital if you are going to achieve your dreams and fulfill your potential. You are good enough all by yourself. And you do not have to always be around other people. Appreciate silence.
In the present, there is only stillness. Turn your attention away from the past and present. Observe the present without judgment, merely soaking up all the sensory details. This form of mindfulness can easily be practiced before your daily meditation.
Close your eyes and focus on taking steady, deep breaths. 15-20 minutes of meditation per day reduces your blood pressure, improves your ability to cope with future stressors, and enhance your relationships by boosting your empathy.
Inner peace cannot be found if you are constantly focused on yourself, your specific problems and your own needs. When you allow yourself to truly care for other people, this fosters goodness in your heart and encourages you to become a more positive, peaceful person.
If you have a golf-ball-sized Consciousness, when you read a book, you’ll have a golf-ball-sized understanding; when you look out a window, a golf-ball-sized Awareness, when you wake up in the morning, a golf-ball-sized wakefulness.
And there’s an ocean of pure, vibrant Consciousness inside each of us. It’s right at the source and base of mind, right at the source of thought, and it is also at the source of all matter.
This pure Consciousness, which is called by modern physics ‘The Unified Field’. All of matter – everything that is a thing – emerges from this field. And this field has qualities, like intelligence, creativity, universal love, energy, peace.
Bliss is the thing in ‘The Unified Field’. Bliss is the sweetest nectar of life. Bliss is physical, emotional, mental, spiritual happiness. And you can vibrate with this bliss.
And it’s not the intellectual understanding of this field, but the experiencing of it, that does everything. You dive in – experiencing this field of pure Consciousness – and you enliven it; you unfold it. It grows.
At that level of life, we are all one, we are one.
